We build the trust the real economy runs on.
Miziba Infrastructure Ltd is an institution, not an app. We assemble the licences, certified networks and verified data that let money move safely through Africa's trade and construction — beginning where trust breaks most, and earning the right to expand one market at a time.
Why we exist
Africa's real economy runs on trust it cannot verify. Money is sent on faith, work is checked by nobody, and the records that should protect people simply vanish. Miziba turns trust into infrastructure — so a diaspora family, a bank, a farmer and an inspector can all rely on the same verified truth.
How we're built
Four convictions shape every decision — from which market we enter next to how a single cedi is released.
Licences before scale
We would rather be regulated and slow than fast and fragile. Fund-holding sits with licensed partners; expansion follows the licence, not the hype.
No one verifies themselves
Verifiers are engaged by Miziba, never by the party being checked. No role can release its own money. Conflicts are designed out, not disclosed away.
Every event is recorded
Each movement of money or state writes an immutable audit record — actor, timestamp, evidence hash. The record institutions can actually trust.
One market at a time
A primitive is proven in a single market before it is shared. Depth first, breadth later — the opposite of a marketplace land-grab.
The path so far
Diaspora savings wired home with no eyes on site; agricultural trade financed against promises, not verified goods. Trust friction as the binding constraint on capital.
Verified-commodity trade finance operating with an anchor aggregator: capital against loaded, already-sold consignments, bank repaid first.
Escrow-first construction delivery goes live in Ghana. Milestone money released only on independent, certified inspection.
Structuring institutional facilities with licensed banks, insurers and DFIs against escrowed, inspected, auditable activity.
We are deliberately assembling an institution in the open — under regulation, with named partners and audited structure. The moat is not software; it is the licences, the certified networks and the verified data no listings site can copy.
Leadership
A team drawn from banking, construction, agricultural trade and regulated financial infrastructure — building for institutions because we have worked inside them.
Chief Executive
Sets institutional strategy and holds relationships with regulators and banking partners across Ghana and the UK.
Head of Verification
Runs the certified inspection network and the standards that let a signed verdict move money.
Head of Capital
Structures the escrow, settlement and facility mechanics with licensed banks, insurers and DFIs.
Miziba is not where relationships begin. It is where they are established, verified, and managed.
