This website is operated by Miziba Infrastructure Ltd ("Miziba"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Informational purpose only
The content on this site is provided for general information about Miziba and its products. Nothing on this site is an offer of, or a solicitation for, any financial facility, security, credit, deposit or insurance product, nor investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Descriptions of product and facility mechanics are provided for transparency and may change.
3. No reliance
While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the site is complete, error-free or up to date, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Any engagement with a Miziba product is governed by separate agreements you enter into at that time.
4. Intellectual property
The Miziba name, logo, product names (including Build, Trade and Capital and their modules) and all site content are owned by or licensed to Miziba and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except as permitted for ordinary personal viewing.

- Do not use the site unlawfully, or to transmit malware or harmful code.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Do not misrepresent your identity when submitting information through our forms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miziba is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
